CoroAllegro takes you on a journey through Italy as we celebrate the art of choral music brought to us by the country's most esteemed composers. The centerpiece of the concert features the Missa Papae Marcelli (Pope Marcellus Mass) by Italian master Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina and also includes works by Gioacchino Rossini, Claudio Monteverdi, Antonio Lotti, Bruno Bettinelli and more. The acoustically pristine St. Anthony’s Italian Catholic Church is the perfect setting to experience this unique and timeless music.

AUDITIONS

CoroAllegro is always seeking experienced choral singers with good sight reading abilities. Positions are available in all sections. Auditions will be by appointment only. Interested singers should contact jeff.manns@aldersgatede.org for more information or to arrange an audition time.

An audition consists of performance of a song of the singer's choice, in any style, exploration of range, tonal memory and aural skills; and a brief sight reading piece.
